• Review scope of works and keep updated the scope baseline in conjunction with Works.
• Assist the Head of Contracts Management in the preparation and negotiation of change orders and the identification of potential changes (variations).
• Tracking of the change management control process.
• Coordinate the collection of all relevant data and information to support the claimed issues
• Coordination between the contractors and other concerned departments (wherever applicable).
