Not because of negligence, but often due to uncertainty, layered approvals, or the hope that clarity would emerge later. Unfortunately, delayed decisions rarely stay neutral. They quietly accumulate cost.<\/p>\n<h3>What do we mean by &#8220;delayed decisions&#8221;?<\/h3>\n<p>Delayed decisions are not always dramatic.
